Wedding Planner Compass is a platform built specifically for professional wedding planners and agencies — to bring every part of the job into one place, finally.

Why we built it
My name is Ekaterina, I am the founder of Wedding Planner Compass and a wedding planner myself. And for a long time, running my business meant living across a dozen different tools — a spreadsheet for budgets, another for guests, notes scattered everywhere, a tool for creating seating charts, vendor contacts impossible to find when I needed them most. Every season I told myself there had to be a better way.
The platforms I found were either built for corporate event management (overwhelming and completely off-target) or too simple to be genuinely useful. Nothing was made with professional wedding planners in mind that would cover all their needs. So together with my husband (who is also my technical partner) and insights from a team of devoted planners, I decided to build it.
What makes it different
Everything in Wedding Planner Compass — vendor management, catalogues and selection, budget tracking, guest lists, seating charts, checklists, tasks, timelines, library, CRM, couple dashboards and more — was designed around how wedding planning actually works. Not adapted from something else. Built from scratch, from real experience.
